Popular NDC MP passes on
Joseph Emmanuel Ackah, a longtime National Democratic Congress (NDC) MP, has departed from this life.
Mr. Ackah served as the Western Region’s Jomoro constituency’s previous Member of Parliament (MP).
The late, lovingly known as J.E. Ackah, was in office from 1993 to 2005.
Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, the Deputy Minority Leader and Ellembelle MP, passed away on Wednesday, as stated in a post on X.
However, little details surround the death are still unknown.
In his article, Mr. Buah paid tribute to the deceased’s dedicated devotion and commitment to the promotion of education in Ghana.
“He was a selfless public servant who lived a life of service and made a profound impact in all spheres of his life.
“His demise is a great loss to the Nzema land and the country at large. I extend my heartfelt sympathies to his immediate family in this difficult period of grief. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire the people he diligently served,” he mourned.
