The National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, former president John Dramani Mahama, has reiterated his dedication to guaranteeing accountability, openness, and effectiveness in the government.
He underlined the need of careful governance and the demand for a small, efficient government that optimizes resources for the good of the people.
He said: “In line with the vision—Building the Ghana we want together—I have shared with Ghanaians that I will not only nominate my complete list of cabinet ministers for parliamentary approval within the first 14 days of my office but also constitute the LEANEST AND MOST EFFICIENT government under the fourth republic in my first 90 days in office…”
“Our commitment to accountability will be unwavering. We will establish a robust code of conduct and standards for all government officials to ensure their integrity and accountability” he added in a post on his Facebook page.
