As part of his Greater Accra regional community engagement tour, National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer for the 2024 elections, John Dramani Mahama, visited Ashaiman.
The woman, who was estimated to be in her early thirties, couldn’t hide her frustration over the harsh economic conditions in the country.
The woman was observed rolling about on the bare floor while chanting, “Mahama, we are suffering,” and she was caught on tape.
She then started crying uncontrollably and expressed her sour dissatisfaction with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s handling of Ghana’s economy.
One of the NDC supporters comforted her and escorted her to join the waiting crowd to welcome the NDC flagbearer.
