In preparation for the election on December 7, National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer John Mahama will go on a tour to the Western Region today, November 25, 2024.
Mr. Mahama’s journey is anticipated to conclude on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, with 12 days remaining till the general election.
He will make a courtesy call to the Western Regional House of Chiefs to ask for their blessings before the tour begins.
Mahama will speak with religious leaders in the area following his meeting with the chiefs.
Mahama will visit the constituencies of Wassa East, Shama, Essikado-Ketan, Sekondi, Effia, Kwesimintsim, and Takoradi as part of the tour in order to interact with voters and solicit votes.
This comes after the former president spoke with party members and voters on a five-day trip in the Eastern Region.
