Be mindful of friends– Lord Kenya advises
Evangelist Abraham Philip Akpor Kojo (previously known as Lord Kenya in the music industry) has advised individuals to be wary of the harmful affects their friends can have on them, and to cut ties with such acquaintances when required.
The former Hiplife rapper stated that he began drinking beer and then taking marijuana after being influenced by people who he trusted to have his best interests at heart.
“At first I was taught how to drink with the explanation that even if one gets drunk, they will be quickly become sober again.
Then I went to stay with a friend who had marijuana at home and encouraged me to smoke as much as I could,” he said in a Sunday sermon yesterday.

The Face of Grace Covenant Temple’s founder, evangelist Lord Kenya, emphasized that they should be cautious of friends who are determined to destroy them.
“Some friends come into your life to cause your downfall, to disgrace you. They’ll introduce you to vices and when you fail, they laugh at you,” he added.
Lord Kenya frequently cautions others against engaging in substance misuse by drawing on his own battle with drug abuse.
