The Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon. Alban Bagbin has called out the North Tongu legislator, Samuel Okudjeto Ablakwa in the Plenary.

The Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta was billed to appear before parliament to respond to questions regarding the cost of the Presidential trips. In a sharp turn of events, the Minister after appearing before parliament has informed the house that, the Minister of National security is best placed to respond to the question with much better details because it has national security implications.

The members of the minority thought otherwise especially the North Tongu MP who first raised the issue in parliament.

Further pushing for answers, he disagreed and insisted it was well within the locus of the finance minister to respond to the questions.
