A boy who is believed to be in his early teens has been seen proposing to his girlfriend right their finale BECE paper.
The boy was humbly waiting just for his Junior High School (JHS) girlfriend to finish with her Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) so he can propose marriage to her as he knelt down to ask the big question.
