Funny Face Remanded For Two Weeks
Due to his intoxicated driving accident, Ghanaian comedian Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, also known as Funny Face, has been placed under police prison for a period of two weeks.
Present in court today, Tuesday, March 26, 2024, was Funny Face.
He was placed under two weeks of police imprisonment by the Ofaakor Circuit Court in the Awutu Senya East District of the Central Region. He struck at least five people with his automobile while driving in Kasoa, and he was taken into custody late on Sunday.
Fortunately, no one was killed, but the victims’ conditions are critical. It was alleged that he was intoxicated at the time. After the incident, he was taken into custody and is accused of reckless and intoxicated driving.
He was remanded back into custody for a period of two weeks before the case resumed at his initial court appearance.
