Serwaa Amihere Sues Henry Fritz, Two Others Charged For Allegedly Posting N*des

Along with two other people, Henry Fitz—the man spotted in a nude film with media star Serwaa Amihere—has been accused with uploading private footage online.

State prosecutors took this action in response to a police complaint that Serwaa Amihere filed.

Additionally, they are alleged to have tried to extort GHC 20,000 from Serwaa Amihere.

They allegedly threatened to release the aforementioned private tapes.

The other two have been identified as businessman Candylove Kwakyewaa Ababio and filmmaker Edem Saviour Ketti.

The police claim that Henry Amponsah, also known as Henry Fitz, is still at large.

Four counts of sexual extortion, non-consensual sharing of intimate photographs, and conspiracy to exchange intimate images have been brought against the defendants.

The facts accompanying the charge sheet stated that on December 3, 2023, the make-up artiste of Amihere informed her that someone had contacted her demanding GHC5,000 in order not to release intimate pictures of the media personality.

“The said amount should be sent 10 the MTN mobile money account number → 0558247205, which bears the name Ede Saviour Ketti.

“On the 2nd of April 2024, another MTN number, 0555252660, called and demanded an amount of GHe20.000,00 to be sent within a minute, or else he would post the nude videos of the complainant (Amihere),” the fact said.

According to the fact, although the ransom was paid, the pictures and videos of the complainant were still shared on social media.

The facts added that Serwaa Amihere filed a complaint on April 3, 2024, leading to the arrest of Ketti.

“During investigations, Ketti admitted to having used his Ghana Card to register the said MTN mobile money account number 0558247205, and gave same to Candylove which she subsequently gave the number to Fitz and since he has been using the said number till date.

“Efforts are underway to apprehend Fitz to face the law,” he said.
