School Feeding Programme National Coordinator, Mrs Gertrude Quashigah has d!ed

It has been announced that Mrs. Gertrude Quashigah, the National Coordinator of the Ghana School Feeding Program, has passed away.

On November 12, 2023, Mrs. Quashigah, the widow of the late Courage Quashigah, a former minister of agriculture and a pillar of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), passed away at the age of 63.
Prior to her passing, Mrs. Quashigah, a prominent member of the NPP, oversaw the National School Feeding Program.

Ambar Quality Foods Limited was founded and led by Mrs. Quashigah, a remarkable businesswoman who was born on February 1, 1960, in Dzelukope, in the Volta Region.

. Tributes have begun pouring in thick and fast following her demise.

“The death is reported of Mrs. Gertrude Quashigah, national coordinator of the School Feeding Programme and, wife of former Agric Minister, the late Major Courage Quashigah. May she rest in peace.

Ivan Quashigah, Daniel Quashigah and family be comforted in these trying times,” journalist Johnnie Hughes wrote on social media.
