Former striker of Accra Hearts of Oak, Cosmos Dauda has sent a word of advice to football players in Ghana.
According to the player who plies his trade for Lebanese club Salam Zgharta, Ghanaian players should have the right mentality about themselves and be educated. According to him, Ghana football would be better if players publicise themselves.
“Our footballers should be educated. Tell them what should be done and what should not be done on the field.”
He told Accra-based Platinum TV on Sports nation. He added that,
“Every Ghanaian footballer is supposed to be on social media so that you can exhibit or sell your trade.
Footballers should go for interviews on weekly basis. They should go to radio stations, get that exposure of speaking.”
According to him, this in a way can upgrade the Level of football in Ghana.
The former 26 year-old striker scored 8 goals for Hearts of Oak in 21 games from 2016 to 2018.
