NPP presidential candidates to ballot for positions
Prior to the presidential primaries on November 4, 2023, New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidates will vote for posts.
This will determine where each contender will appear on the ballot.
Alan Kyeremanten, one of the front-runners, withdrew from the contest due to worries about an electoral process that was rigged, an accusation that the party has vowed to look into.

To ease candidates’ anxieties before the vote, the party’s Election Committee is presently holding a vital meeting.
Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, a member of parliament for Assin Central, and Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, a former minister of food and agriculture, are both present at the NPP headquarters.
To monitor the activities, representatives of the Electoral Commission (EC) led by Director of Electoral Services, Dr. Serebour Quaicoo, have also arrived at the location.
