All political activities have been put on hold in each of the 16 regions of the country, according to the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
According to the party, the instruction would allow executives at all levels to mobilize voters and concentrate solely on the restricted voter registration drive.
This was said in a statement that Barbara Serwaa Asamoah, the acting general secretary, signed.
The decision, according to the announcement, was made after the FEC’s meeting on September 18, 2023.
