MTN apologizes for network’s hitches on Wednesday night
Mobile network MTN has apologized to its users for the sporadic difficulties they encountered on the busy evening of September 13th.

“This is as a result of a technical challenge,” the market leader said in a public service announcement Wednesday night.
“Our engineers are working hard to resolve the issue and we will update when it is done.”
Ghana’s sole significant market power (SMP) rendered an apology for the hitches.
“We deeply apologised for the inconvenience caused.”
It is expected that as per regulations, MTN will compensate customers for the challenges.
