She also revealed how important it was for her to provide internet and phone service in remote areas in her constituency and other regions as part of the nation’s efforts to advance technologically. She held the position of Communications Minister.

To choose its parliamentary candidates, the New Patriotic Party will hold internal polling on Saturday, January 27.

Along with many other current NPP members of parliament, Hon. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful hopes to hold onto her position.

Speaking with Nana Yaw Kesseh, the Minister expressed her confidence that she would make her constituents and the New Patriotic Party proud, stating that voting for an alternative in the elections on December 7 is “very, very scary.”

“I’m the best candidate, and I will win the primaries come January 27th,” she asserted, adding, “My party has decided to present me again because there is no reason to change me for any new person.”
