Ghanaian singer Sister Derby has revealed her reasons for not wanting to be in a relationship once more.
Sister Derby stated that she doesn’t want to be with any other man after all the heartbreaks she has had in a recent interview with Okay FM.
“Whenever I am in a relationship, I go all out for the person. I always put the people I love ahead of my needs. When I am in a relationship, I invest all my energy and resources which ends up draining me and slowing me down. I get turned off when I realize the affection is only one-sided.” Sister Derby revealed.
Sister Derby attempted to move on by dating someone else after her failed romance with rapper Medikal, but things didn’t work out.
Following their breakup, the singer kept her relationship off social media until November 2021, when she revealed David to the public as her new partner.
When they shocked the internet with sultry photos on Valentine’s Day this year, they officially admitted to being in a relationship.
David and Sister Derby later parted up, though it’s unclear why.
