Stop wearing hoodies and jackets in this hot weather – Kwaw Kese slams ‘wannabe’ artistes
Ghanaian rapper Kwaw Kese, also known as Emmanuel Kofi Botwe, has attacked his fellow countrymen for their ill-advised wardrobe selections, attributing the mismatched ensembles to the unfavorable local weather.
The rapper jokingly suggested that wearing jackets and hoods in Ghana’s warm weather would result in offensive odors, casting doubt on the prudence of doing so.
“ Why do some GH artistes dress in GH like they live in Alaska? Hoodies and Jackets in this weather? Your body will smell.”
Ghanaian hiplife artist Emmanuel Kofi Botwe is also known by his stage name Kwaw Kese and by the nickname Abodam.
Kwaw Kese gained widespread recognition for his successful album Abodam 2007, for which he was honored with five accolades at the 2008 Ghana Music accolades.
He is renowned for acting bizarrely when performing live.
