Ghanaian Sports Journalist, Saddick Adams, has advised that it’s better to buy a house in Ghana than to build one.
In a tweet, he advised that if one has enough money, it’s better to go in for an already built house.
It appears he’s speaking from experience because he added that “the stress and dishonesty alone is 2 bedrooms gone waste”.
