I may go to prison if NDC come to power – Kennedy Agyapong


Ghanaian Lawmaker, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has disclosed that he might go to prison if the opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC) comes to power again.

He made this statement while reacting to the current happenings at the National Lottery Authority, noting that what is happening could affect the fortunes of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).

According to him, the NPP party has employed some key people who are not supporters of the party and they are making decisions that could destabilize the party and he’ll not allow that to happen.

Speaking in an interview he said;

Some of us really worked hard to ensure victory for the party in last year’s elections, it was not a joke.

“I will be the first  casualty if the NPP goes into opposition so we won’t allow anybody to disturb the party.”
