I Have Faulted; Please Forgive Me -President Nana Akufo Addo Begged

It appears all is not well with a Contractor as He cried out for forgiveness from the President for his inability to deliver on time.

In more detail, Chief Executive Officer of Kappa Construction Limited Mr Kingsley Friar has apologized to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo through the Bono Regional Minister that he accepts the blame of high vehicular traffic and poor drainage system in some parts of the Bono Regional Capital of Sunyani. And that he should be forgiven.

The contractor who has failed to work within his time frame could only go on his knees In-front of the Bono Regional Minister to convey an apology to the President and the good people of Sunyani.

He was however quick to add that, despite accepting blame in the contract awarded, he can justify that it was beyond his own powers to finish the job on time.

He explained that some Ghana Water Company Limited pipes hindered the smooth execution of his job.

The project was awarded by government through the Ministry of Works and Housing for GH¢190,000 thus Old 1.9 billion Cedis.

After awarding the contract to Mr Kingsley Friar, he and his team failed up to expectation. The Bono Regional Minister promised to make sure that the project is completed.
