The news came as a shock to many Ghanaians as the Songstress is well known to be secretive and has not been seen with any man in the limelight for a longer time.
According to report,sure has delivered a bouncing baby girl this week and she couldnt hide her excitment.
Efya who is well known for music genres such as “Afro Pop and RnB” is now a mother of a little angel and has promised to bounce back into the music scene sooner, once she settles down as a mother.
