
Chief’s ” Cry fouls ” as some residents from Accra joins them in their village
Since the declaration of a partial lockdown in the country by the president, His Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo on Friday has seen many residents in the capital flee from the capital, Accra as they go back to their families in the ‘villages’.
This movement has put some chiefs in fear as they are scared that the people in their community might get affected as the population in their community keeps increasing over the weekend.

According to them, one might not be able to tell if a friend of a relative has contracted the coronavirus disease as it takes 14 days before symptoms will be seen.
Moreover the transfer of Corona virus from the city where there are better health facilities to villages that do not even have clinics is worrisome.
As at Sunday morning the queue of passengers who are ready to board buses at the Kaneshie Lorry station to their various destinations is very alarming as one might even contract the disease as the place is crowded.
