Cecilia Dapaah’s stolen money: Maid, 6 others arrested again for 31 fresh charges
After the charge sheet in Circuit Court was dismissed, state prosecutors arrested Patience Botwe, the housemaid of former Minister for Sanitation Cecilia Dapaah, and six other people. They were also charged with 31 new offenses.
While the specifics of these new accusations are yet unknown, a video posted on X by @StarrFM shows Patience Botwe and other individuals being taken from the courthouse grounds.
The 18-year-old maid, Patience Botwe, and the other individuals are accused of robbing the former minister, Cecilia Dapaah, of a variety of valuables, including $1 million, €300,000, and other properties.
They have been brought before the Circuit Court while investigations are still underway from July 6, 2023.
