This morning, live on air, Captain Smart announced his resignation on his show.
He announced his departure informally at the end of the morning broadcast.
He claims that he wants to end his employment with Media General because he is tired of working for the corporation.
However, he refused to offer an explanation for his abrupt and unofficial resignation from his job.
In June of last year, Captain Smart joined Media General, Onua TV after leaving Angel Broadcasting Network, where he was anchoring the morning show.
Captain Smart worked at Multimedia and as the morning show anchor on Adom FM in the years before he started working at ABN.
