The Serie A giants need to raise funds this summer as they look to balance the books and they are prepared to make a big sale.

Hakimi has been identified as one of the players from their championship-winning team that they are ready to cash in on in the ongoing transfer window.

Paris Saint-Germain made the first move for him, but failed with a €60m offer for the full-back and now Chelsea are leading the race to sign him.

The Blues have been conversations with Hakimi’s representatives and, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, they are close to working out an agreement over personal terms.

 

The Moroccan is ready to move to England and is now close to agreeing on contractual terms with Chelsea.

Chelsea are also working on a deal with Inter and are prepared to offers players to the Serie A giants as part of the agreement.
